I've tried 10-12 min ones, and the effects are way less prominent. I'm sure there are more time-efficient practices out there, but I haven't ventured. Right now, I'm waiting for my rib to heal so I can reengage with the practice, I banged it when trying to get out of water
Any particular reason you recommend 20 minutes? Have you tried shorter amounts?
Just thinking that 20 minutes seems like a lot of time.
